Pricing & Policies

How much will it cost? That's one of the most common questions we get. Since we almost always create custom solutions, we don't have a price list, per se. But rather than beat around the bush about money, we disclose our pricing and policies up front.

Free Consultation: Test the water before jumping in.

We offer a free 30-minute phone consultation to all new clients. Let's get to know each other…on our dime. If we're a good fit for each other, then it's time to take the next step. We offer three pricing arrangements:

1. Retainer: Starting at $500/week (5 hours/week at $100/hr., requires 6-month agreement)

A retainer-based fee structure is best for clients who need 1) a variety of services 2) over a specific period of time 3) to achieve a desired result. This is the typical "ad agency" relationship, and is perfect for campaigns. Some of the benefits are:

  • Priority status: call or email anytime, and you're at the top of our list.
  • Reduced hourly rate.
  • Time tracked in 10-minute increments instead of 15.

2. Project: Starting at $1,250 (10-hour minimum at $125/hr.)

The price of a project is largely based on the deliverables and schedule as defined in your RFP. This type of fee structure is best for design projects. Please note: on average, a custom web site requires at least 80 hours ($10,000).

3. Consulting: $150/hr. (1-hr. minimum, then billed in 30-minute increments)

This arrangement works best when you only need help once in a while, or if your project is small and doesn't meet the 10-hour minimum for our project rate. Also, if you have ideas, but not a solid plan, you may consider working with us on an hourly basis before committing to a retainer or project. That way, we can help you define the creative, marketing, and technical requirements. Our valuable knowledge and years of experience will save you time and money in the long run.
