Sonja and I recently recorded our first Screenr screencast titled Anatomy of a Google SERP (Search Engine Results Page). Screenr allows you to easily create screencasts for Twitter. Once you record a screencast, you can tweet the link, publish to YouTube, or download the .flv. The service is free and very easy to use. You just need to download Java for your computer, but that's free too.
